Department: Operations & Maintenance
Location: Nam Phark Hydropower Plant, Champasack Province, Laos
Reports to: Plant Manager
Supervises: Performance and Planning Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Technician.
Roles and Responsibilities
1) Lead preparation and follow up on yearly maintenance planning during the year with the Maintenance and Operations division.
2) Lead prepares the annual maintenance rolling program of Nam Phak and Nam Pha power plant, and the yearly planned outages program.
3) Manage the maintenance plan, continuously improving, and make the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) available for headquarter and operation & maintenance divisions.
4) Manage the work request, work order process by using CMMS: recording, scheduling of the preparation, performance and report.
5) Manage and prepare monthly, weekly planning for the maintenance and operation division.
6) Prepare and monitor the maintenance indicators for PM and CM.
7) Manage electrical supply inventory and procurement with the warehouse division and headquarters.
8) Support mechanical and electrical engineers in resource allocation and management to optimize project workflows.
9) Participate in project meetings to provide updates on scheduling status and support the identification of potential project risks.
10) Gather and analyze data to track project progress and performance against established benchmarks.
11) Gather all maintenance sections for weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
12) Check the outages declarations for Electricité du Cambodge (EDC) and the Transmission line provider before approval by the plant manager to ensure they are compliant with the outages planned.
13) Carry out work inspections and ensure that work is prepared in line to optimize the quality, the duration, and the safety.
14) Check the contractor's comprehensive records of all inspections in compliance with the maintenance procedures and instructions.
15) Follow up outsourced maintenance, also, according to a definite scope of checking work quality and safety scopes, prepare the order for outsourced maintenance as required.
16) Actively contributes to the achievement of company goals and objectives through safe and efficient maintenance practices.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Completion of a bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/electromechanical engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years progressive technical experience in planning, including four (4) years supervisory experience of engineers and technical support personnel in hydropower plants.
3. Must have a broad technical background pertaining to hydropower plants planning, And Ability to organize, schedule, coordinate work, and budgetary controls.
4. Broad professional background pertaining to power plant equipment and auxiliary's systems, And Familiarity with Pelton and Francis turbines and associated equipment is an asset, And • Must have the ability to deal with other personnel in the roles of supervisor and coordinator
5. Must be a good organizer and be adept at scheduling a heavy workload, And Must have mature judgment and complete assignments given by objective and schedule
6. Ability to organize, supervise, and schedule work for staff under supervision, And Able to perform alarm analysis, fault analysis, root cause analysis, and solutions, And • Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking)
7. Advanced computer skills in MS Project, SAP, MS Excel and MS Word, Canva, Outlook
8. Have good health and be capable of working on-site
9. Strong commitment, dedication, high responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
