ลักษณะการทํางาน :
We are looking for an Accounting Manager/Assistant, based in Thailand to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. He/she will be responsible for establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with external vendors to manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including AP/AR, GL and bank reconciliations
· Support the external vendor in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and report
· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
· Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making by the management team
· Collaborate with department heads to prepare financial forecasts and manage annual budgets
· Streamline the accounting procedures internally for a seamless process
· Coordinate and manage audits to ensure compliance with the requirements and standard
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. BS degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2. At least 8 years of working experience in accounting roles, with a focus on financial management and reporting
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills
5. Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
6. Experience with MS Dynamic and QuickBooks are highly preferred
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
8. Proficient in written/spoken English to liaise with English-speaking counterparts
