Our product range includes drinking yoghurt, cup yoghurt, milk, tonic food drink, and recently adding coffee, probiotic supplement and drinking water to the portfolio. We are seeking for the right talents who can bring new energies, ideas and entrepreneurship to the team and to further grow themselves together with Dutchmill.
The role we are looking for is Commercial Trainee who will have an opportunity to work in different functions e.g. sales, marketing, operations to learn how we drive our business growth. They will be entitled to own a brand/channel and to manage and control a brand/channel from top line to bottom line.
Job Description:
• Understand market landscape and competitive sets, trade channels (MT, TT, DS)
• Analyze and interpret market/consumer/trade channels insights to apply strategically on brand plan and execution
• Lead and execute BTL brand/channel activations from end to end with excellent execution and work closely with team to support ATL activations
• Work on data and support / tracking, business KPIs
• Manage and control business performance, brand/channel P&L, A&P spending to be in line with budget
• Work with cross functional team to build and drive brand innovations from concept ideas, product concepts, channel/distribution, and launch plan
• Work with customers, buyers to drive operation effectiveness and generate business opportunity
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
1. Bachelor degree in nursing, pharmaceutical, veterinary
2. Marketing and sales knowledge is a plus
3. Energetic, strong interpersonal and communication skill
4. Self driven, high ownership and drive
5. Logical with critical thinking
