Job Description A Behavioral Therapist implements the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for CARE clients in diverse settings, such as in-home, schools, and Outing locations. The therapist is an integral part of the therapy team where his/her work directly influences the success of CARE clients. The therapist reports to CARE Clinical Supervisor, who is the owner of the case. CARE provides extensive initial and on-going training, coaching, and supports. There are Quality Control sessions by QC Department to ensure your work reaches the highest quality standard. Opportunities for career advancement to higher positions. Responsibilities • Represent CARE policy enthusiastically • Represent CARE professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders • Provide top-quality one on one therapy at home, school and clinic settings under the direction of the clinical supervisor • Set and meet performance goals for case quality, clinic quality and billable time • Attend introductory and on-going training • Maintain accurate and timely records including timesheets and reports • Report to clinical supervisor on client progress and provide treatment recommendations • Participate in the regular meeting • Minimize cancellations • Maintain minimum billable requirement Competencies • Professionalism and Integrity • Flexibility • Time Punctuality • Strong sense of Responsibility • Culture of Respect • Good attitude and motivated by Passion • Have good communication skill Welfares: Working Day and Holiday • Working hours: maximum of 40 hours a week • Monday - Saturday Welfare and Benefits • Pass probation period, salary will be raised to 20,000 THB • Medical Care and Accident Insurance • Annual Health Check-Up • Transportation Allowance based on company policy • Training • Bonus /Income sharing (depending on the individual and company performances) Income Sharing for average 120 clients billable hours a month is about 4,000 THB • Annual Outing • Annual Leave • etc
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
• In process or completion of Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
 
• Graduated in Early Childhood Educaiton (ครุศาสตร์ ปฐมวัย) is an advantage
 
• Good command in English both written and speaking with minimum TOEIC scores of CEFR level C1(180) or equivalent
 
• Have TEFL Certificate or a Teaching license (a must for international candidate)
 
• Experienced/interested in working with children/ special needs children
 
• Clean background check for Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check (must pass tuberculosis test)
 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
 
• Ability to work in a team & as well as independently
 
• Ability to travel as per assignment
