- Develop marketing strategies, customer plans and campaign.
- Monitor and achieve target of Telesales Team Performance.
- Business Development on new agents & brokers, Finance, Institute, Dealer in order to expand the market and monitor Company branding.
- To be the Relationship Manager for finding the New Partner such as Agent, Broker, Finance Institution and Dealer.
- Develop go-to market for all new products.
- Supervise team to develop tool, incentive scheme, and activities to motivate both outsource call center and in-house call center to improve their performance.
- Responsible for up-sell and cross-selling to the existing base.
- Cooperate and solve problem to support the clients such as insurance policy, claim, collection on payments.
- To handle all incoming problems from both internal &external parties.
- Involve in call center application development project.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
 1. Must have Insurance background experience.
 2. Experience in Telemarketing at least 5 years. (Business Development and Telesales Team Management)
 3. Good communication skill in native language and English.
 4. High level of interpersonal skills.
 5. Computer literate, especially power point presentation and excel.
 6. Able to work under pressure.
