Big Picture:
You will be the key person of TUXSA, an online master's degree program in collaboration with Thammasat University. Things happen because you, our Academy Manager, manage all parties to come together and make things happen.
This is a demanding yet rewarding role because at the end of the day, you can be proud because you're transforming Thailand's education system!!!

Your Role:
Being the project manager to manage instructors, academics, production team, to come together.
Produce online master's degrees with university partners.
Coordinate with experts, instructors to establish course curriculum.
Manage an ongoing process to design degree programs.
Manage team members and coordinate with video production team.
 
What we need:
Age not over than 40 years old.
At least 5 years of experiences in professional education, HRD, OD
(HRD Consulting is a big plus).
Experienced in coordinating with academic and training Institutes, teachers, and experts.
Strong track record in L&D curriculum design and production.
Up to date with L&D trends in Thailand (You know what is in trend and what is not)
You're the best person when it comes to project management, communication and negotiation!!!.
