Job Purpose:
Account Executive or After sales service Manager is responsible in taking care after sale service and after renew insurance policy. This position has to manage good relationship with insurers and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key account management.
- Support all team members for renewal procedure to achieve renewal policy target.
- Cross selling / upgrade the benefits for all existing customers to achieve sales target.
- Joining orientation session as customer request.
- Provide presentation for voluntary group as customer request.
- Correspondence with the insurers in case of the customers have any queries or request more information.
- Provide the claim analysis and negotiate with the insurance companies for renewal policy comparison.
- Manage BD team members for smoothly procedure.
Education and/or Working Experience Required:
- Male/Female, Age between 35-45 years old
- Bachelor degree any related field.
- Experience in Life insurance business for 5 - 10 years
- Having experience in health insurance business at least 10 years
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent to presentation skill and able to manage relationship with Top-Management level.
- Strong leadership skill
- Good in Computer literacy especially in Excel and Power Point.
