Based at our sales office in Bangkok, Virawat Building (Next to Wong Wian Yai BTS Station)
We are looking for an Application Specialist for our range of medical device products for the diagnosis of various cancer and infectious diseases.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and application support of medical diagnostic products to clientele
Conduct product evaluations and system validations
Write up validation and standard operating protocols, and technical reports
Provide product application support & training to customers in assigned markets, technologies & products
Provide product information and answer queries from customers, sales and technical service teams
Assist the Sales and Product Team to formulate & deliver appropriate business value to potential customers during sales cycle
Assist the Sales & Product Team on new product launches & marketing activities
To manage and build business relationship with all customers
Submit monthly report to Manager on application-related issues and updates
Qualifications:
Degree in Medical Technology or Biomedical Sciences
Min 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Prior experience with Molecular Technique include qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, Cell biology and Microbiology
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
