Five-day work week

Responsibility:
Responsible for design (30%) and project management (70%).
Coordinating and liaising with consultants on the delivery of drawings and technical submissions.
Attending design coordination meetings.
Managing and monitoring the progress of designs to be delivered in a timely manner.
Liaising with the Commercial team to ensure costs are within budget and meet the stipulated specifications.
Reviewing and commenting on contractor submissions.
Inspecting architectural works.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Design Management, Architectural Quality Control Management etc.
Senior Technical Architect. 10-15 years' experience with technical construction drawings.
Experience with 100% completed construction projects. (high rise, mixed - use).
Very good in English.
