Roles and Responsibilities  :
Student Management
To ensure that students are managed in a professional manner so that the House operates efficiently and effectively.
Pastoral Care
To oversee the physical, cultural, social, intellectual and emotional developments of the students within the Boarding House.
Orientation
To ensure students' admission to the Boarding House is managed efficiently and effectively.
House Management
To ensure the Boarding house complies with health and safety procedures, is well maintained and presented in an attractive way
Qualifications  :
Required Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills
Have a background in boarding, with an understanding of boarding regulations and legislation
Support the School philosophy and values
Have exceptional people skills
Be warm and outgoing with the ability to listen
Be positive, enthusiastic and hard working
Have experience in dealing with young people and able to do so effectively
Have empathy for a range of backgrounds of students including international students
Be able to balance the need for firmness in policy and procedures while being consistently fair and reasonable
Have the experience and skills to manage and motivate staff
Have administrative and organisational strengths
Have good English and Thai or English and Chinese written and verbal skills.
