Business Development Analyst : A Business Development Analyst develops an organization's market position to achieve business objectives. This person will have a great involvement in defining long-term organizational and strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, which will grow the person to obtain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.  Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.  The candidate must be highly knowledgeable, responsible and well-organized person as he or she will be the key person to ensure the project development execution success and support the Management in all aspect not limited to only the development phase of the project. The candidate will work closely with decision makers and have a chance to work alongside with large and influential lenders as well as renowned international advisory firms, i.e. legal, tax, technical advisors, engineering.  The alternative energy supply is a global agenda and candidate will be offered an opportunity to excel with the emerging sector.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
      JUNIOR Level
Lead and manage some or all modules of the existing Myanmar project independently;
Lead and manage fund raising activities of the project, which including, but not limited to, merger and acquisition deal from analysis of the deal to its execution, securing project financing from banks, raising funds through alternative markets i.e. green funds
Liaise with stakeholders by preparing presentation, giving project information to partners, lenders, shareholder, and solving issues raised by the parties
Structure and devise strategy swiftly for the project, including identifying operational and investment issues and risks associated as well as execute to solve or prevent issues on a timely basis in all aspects
Lead the team to prepare necessary analysis and presentation, i.e. investment memorandum, Board of Directors approval presentation, public announcement with SEC, any other analysis reports or presentation materials required by the work process and by the Management
Work with asset management team to ensure operation and maintenance plan align with investment criteria and executed effectively
Lead and manage some or all modules of new project development;
Develop feasibility study, taking into consideration the industry trends, competitors'activities, overall market performance, potential partner
Planning, implementing and supporting the aftercare of a specific project with specified deliverables, also assist in the project scope definition and objectives
Initiate, develop, and implement new business model solution in both existing and newly developed products/services in accordance with the company's direction and business targets
Participate in building a strong team; building skills for junior members in completing their tasks, as well as supporting each other to achieve company's, team's, as well as individuals' goals in both personal and professional aspects
Assist Corporate Finance team on their Investor Relation tasks as requested
Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth operation of a project
Assist in administrative tasks, and any other tasks as requested by the Management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Male or Female, age at least 24 years old
At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or Strategic Management or any appropriate fields; Master's Degree is preferred
Minimum 2 years of similar professional working experience
Understanding about investment process and investment criteria is a must
Previous experience in investment banking, private equity fund, merger & acquisition, experience in power & utilities industry investment, real estate project investment and development, and business consulting will be desirable
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint required with strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English is a must; Thai speaker with ability to read and write Thai required
Excellent presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and possess strategic thinking, able to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts
Must be a self-starter with exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Must have strong leadership, organized, ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
Creative talents and the ability to lead the team to solve tough problems
Skilled at prioritizing and ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
FA/CFA/CPA license a plus but not required
Fluency in a third language is a plus but not required i.e. Chinese
Able to travel abroad up to 1-2 weeks in a month and able to travel to rural area
