Currently Spring professional Clients are seeking for the talent candidate for product manager position who specialize in Pharmaceutical business. The success candidate needs to have experienced in healthcare, medical device, medical equipment or ethical products. To join with our client's company, you will have the chance to working with the international company with good environment.
Responsibilities:
Assure company objectives are achieved by evaluating the overall brand strategies and effective sales and strategy for all trade channels to maximize sales and profits
Manage and control marketing team to achieve business objectives
Be able to create brand strategy and channel strategy to implement in the stores to achieve of the maximum sales and results including recommendation change to business strategy and tactics where necessary
Monitor all main competitive activities and keep company management been acknowledge competitive activities (product development, pricing, merchandising and promotion, and distribution)
Be able to understand and apply category management using strategic approach in implementing the effective program in each account to deliver consumer objectives at in store category level
Promoting the product to specific channel (ethical, hospital and government)
Monitor the marketing activity and support to achieve target plans
Train the product knowledge and Keep relationship with key customers
Qualifications
Minimum in bachelor's degree (MBA preferable)
At least 10 years' experience in healthcare, medical devices or medical equipment
Skills and knowledge of PC software
Fluent in English communication
