•Obtain information from insured or involved persons for purpose of settling claim with insurance carrier.
•Prepare and review insurance-claim forms and related documents for completeness.
•Provide customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims or providing referrals to repair facilities or local contractors.
•Responding to incoming email and telephone enquiries.
•Insurance knowledge is valuable as you will be working with our clients as well as insurance companies and your colleagues.
•Developing and suggesting new motor insurance policies to meet the changing and varying needs of (prospective) clients.
•Assisting with the renewal of insurance policies.
•Travelling to meet new and existing clients.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
 1. Male/Female, age 26-35 years old
 2. A working knowledge of the Principles of Motor Insurance.
 3. Experience in the position will be an advantage
 4. Good command of written and spoken English
 5. Computer literacy in MS Office
 6. Well organized, self-motivated, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
