Report to: Senior Human Resources
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum 8 years in HR professional function either HRM or HRD at any type of business
Ability to communicating in English
Good analytical skills and, at best, experience with quantitative data collection
Knowledge about different options of compensation and ways to motivate people
Responsibilities:
Salary and Benefits structure
Analyse salary and benefit structure by comparing with outside data based on statistical analysis knowledge
Create and develop salary and benefits structure as appropriate
Propose annual increment rate and benefits update for executive decision
Create standard report and special report according to executive request
Conduct salary survey with outside organization
Analyse market information compare to internal information using HR formula and submit report to superior
Update information on the market survey and communicate up to direct superior for a better decision
Compensation
Verity payment of salary/wages, benefits and welfare are done accurately, timely and properly to every eligible person.
Analyse compensation structure and propose an adjustment to superior in due course.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Coach subordinates to do HRIS system correctly
Provide HR information, submit to superior for best decision.
Access new HRIS tools to maintain advance in HRIS
General
Contribute to any special assignment as requested by superior
