An exciting Corporate Treasury Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global manufacturing firm based in Rayong. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a role for a treasurer who has strong cash flow management and funding experience who would like to step up in their career.
About the Corporate Treasury Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will also lead the team of the finance professionals and ensure the cash flow and sources of fund for the business to support corporate both short and long term goals. You enjoy performance bonus and allowance for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure flow of financial resources to and from all legal entities and manage company's cash surplus or needs
To ensure financing of company ad-hoc solutions, adequacy and evolution, and to optimise treasury processes
To plan and develop efficient execution of internal transaction to affiliates, and to deliver accurate financial reporting and analysis in supporting of company's cash management activities (foreign exchange, interest rate)
To manage and coordinate credit management activities and teams as well as relations with internal and external stakeholders
To deploy common credit procedures & standards and ensure compliance with the credit policy and rules and propose the improvements
To succeed in this Corporate Treasury Manager role , you must have knowledge of banking products and be able to build and maintain good relationship with the financial institutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor/Master Degree in Finance or Accounting
More than five years' experience in middle management position in financial institute with strong experience in treasury and credit control management
Keen knowledge in banking & financial products with good understanding on foreign exchange, interest rate, credit, banking operation, transaction risks
Good understanding on project financing, liquidity management, short term & long term funding, money & capital markets, derivatives & hedging products
Fluent in English
Ability to work at Rayong
