Responsibilities:
heck the condition of the vacancy warehouse and open request and defect list for repair the warehouse to good condition and ready for rent.
Prepare all documents concern and coordinate with sales & project team for internal discuss of special requirements before handover warehouse to the new customer.
Handle and Feedback all request & requirement from tenants then coordinate to serve customer effectively and follow up to get the effective solution timely.
Create the warehouse list and coordinate with OQMHS department to preventive maintenance and cleaning the vacant warehouse.
Coordinate & Advice the process of any modifications and renovations to tenants then consult with Engineering team for permission approval from the Asset owner.
Presentation of Additional Services service to the existing customers for advice of our service provide and optional.
Welcome, Support and Present the information of vacancy warehouse and common service provided to walk in customers and perform other tasks assigned by Property Manager.
Coordinate and support tenants problem and/or complain to find out the root cause of the problem and propose some optional solution then report to Property Manager for detail discussion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
a year experience in Customer service officer (if any) (welcome a new graduate).
Good MS office skills. (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Basic knowledge of local law.
Good Communication & negotiation skill.
Basic knowledge technical & warehouse functional system.
Good interpersonal & good relationships skill.
Good Service minded & teamwork.
