Demand & Supply Planning Manager
Our client is a World leading multinational organization specializing in Pharmaceutical. They are currently looking for result-oriented and analytical Demand & Supply Planning Manager who will be responsible for short/long term forecast and manage inventory through SAP system in Thailand. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning and Supply Planning in Pharmaceutical industry.
Our Client is a multinational pharmaceutical company which considered to be one of the biggest pharmaceutical firm. Our Client's expertise pharmaceutical medical lab diagnostics sector. The group is located in more than 150 countries with 150,000+ employees and is well-known for its technological advances and the significantly high market capitalization and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Work with team to plan and coordinate and execute demand planning activities
- Work with management, inventory, customs and supply chain team in demand planning operations
- Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plans
- Identify demand short/long term from database, excel and SAP
- Managed 3PL and ensure that process runs smoothly
- Review Sales Forecast and ensure forecast accuracy
- Manage inventory and stock level
- Plan and monitor inventory to ensure availability of the product when needed
- Coordinate cross functionally with sales, marketing, distributor and production
- Focus on customer's satisfaction
- Act as a supply chain management and ensure on time delivery
- Manage the life cycle of each product which includes new product launching
- Support operation strategic and ensure safety according to the firm's regulation
- Provide the best result and keep the cost low
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years and above experiences of demand planning & supply planning
- MUST EXPERIENCED IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY (HUMAN MEDICINE)
- Great command or Fluent in English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (such as excel and powerpoint)
- Experienced in SAP
- Good interpersonal skills and result oriented
