Job Responsibilities
Familiar with online marketplaces and backend system.
To handle various online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, Konvy, JD etc. and/or own platform
Monitor the price and promotion of competitors' website and work closely with marketing team to compete and grab the sales on online
Ensuring all monthly new products are on-site selling on release date and liaising with warehouse team.
Responsible for optimizing the customer experience to ensure the day-to-day effectiveness of marketplaces.
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Monitor key performance indicators and develop plans to improve.
Work with online agency in order to improve quality traffic acquisition and sales revenue.
Collaborate across marketing, design team to set up new products & promotions online.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in economic, business, marketing or related field.
Female age not over 30 years old.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in E-commerce.
Experience in retailed business, digital marketing (Optional)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Good command of written and spoken English
Pro-active and able to plan ahead
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, where necessary
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
