Position:                    Environment Health and Safety Manager (EHS Manager)
Location:                   Map Ta Phut (Rayong)
Salary Range:            Up to 60K 
Working Hours:          Monday - Friday 8.00 AM -5.00 PM
 
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the continuous improvement in term of Environment Health & Safety by perform risks assessment, implement and maintain the Safety Management System,  improve  safety  performance,and carry out audits to  ensure that organization and government standards on health and safety are met.
Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of EHS program to all level of the organization including both project and normal operation 
Set and monitor program and conduct daily sites
Promote safety culture by conducting safety activities to enhance associates' knowledge and awareness
Maintain all documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with required law and local record keeping requirements, as well as all required external submission reports
Ensure compliance with IEE Report (Initial Environmental Examination Report), governmental regulations and industry standards
Coordinate between Plant Safety Organization and Engineering Safety Organization to ensure both organizations are smoothly link together
Coordinate compliance review audits with corporate, governmental agencies and third-party personnel
Maintain positive relations with regulatory agencies, trade groups, and community stakeholders
Monitor emerging safety issues throughout the Industry and initiate proactive gap closure actions of industry with best practices
Ensure that hazards are identified with the remedial action and/or proposed solution is taken to eliminate risk 
Co-responsibility with line department of each area to approve work permit in line with safety rules and regulation 
Provide an advise to the Project Manager on relevant and appropriate EHS policy for the project
Any ad-hoc tasks as required
 
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with safety
Must has Safety Professional Certificate, prefer candidates from Chemical industry
At least 8 years' experience in Safety related field in manufacturing
Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, and other safety related regulations and industry practices relating to the chemical industry
Good understanding of process safety, safety system, HAZOP, safety management in a factory
Good understanding of the legal requirements for health, safety and environment of the country
Experience managing subordinates
Computer Literature (Mocrosoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command of written and spoken English *Equivalent TOEIC 650
