Position:                FAS (Financial Advisory Services)
Location:               BTS Chongnonsi 
Salary Range:        Up to 90K 
Working Hours:      Mon - Fri; 8.30am - 17.30pm (flexible 8 hours)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and participate in due diligence and business valuation, and lead engagements which are complex and client critical
Analyze financial/operational results of companies/targets by reviewing client's accounting records and conduct interviews with management team
Prepare or evaluate pro-forma financial information
Evaluate effects of seasonality and criticality on cash flow requirements
Perform research on industry and organization
Assist directors and senior people in M&A transactions/Corporate Finance through preparation of investment teaser, information memorandum, business plan, financial analysis and managing client communications as needed
Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.
Key Qualifications:
At least 7 years' experience in financial advisory, corporate finance services or investment banking.
Possessing a CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA or other equivalent designation (either one)
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work well with others effectively in teams.
Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
Efficient self-drive to take new initiatives and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
