Salary: Up to 67,000
Workdays: Mon-Fri
Work hours: 8:00 - 17:00
Job Description
- Manage all manufacturing related activities
- Control and Coordinate with various sections to achieve the plan and meet the timeline
- Follow up and evaluate the performance of the section
- Operate according to company policy and quality management system-environmental management system
- Analyze and solve long-term work problems with concrete and jointly set clear work standards.
- Develop section plans and increase work efficiency, personnel performance within the related section
- Communicate and coordinate with Thai Supevisor/ Staff and Japanese management
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years experience in Production Management in Manufacturer
- Knowledge in quality management system (ISO9001) and environmental management system (ISO14001)
- Knowledge of Kaizen/ 5S/ others related to the production process
- English Skill OR Japanese Skill
