Our client is the International manufacturing for automatic test equipment/industrial automation is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.
Job responsibilities
Addresses customer enquiries, resolve issues and obtains customer feedback proactively and escalates when required.
Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to the teams.
Develops the team through mentoring and creates a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicates with Product Support and the factory in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the product line or teams attention.
Develops resolutions to a wide range of complex problems often requiring creativity.
Demonstrates the ability to provide a logical, in-depth analysis of a problem or situation using process and tools.
Ensures all internal and customer KPI's are met based on budgeting and planning.
Develops annual goals and objectives assigned to the teams. (Goals may be of financial, product or service, and/or human resources nature.)
Manages on site spare inventory and reviews usage trends.
Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
At 8 years of experience, preferably in Field Service Engineer or related
At least 5 years of leading experience especially in managing field service engineer team.
Possess Six Sigma (Black Belt) or Lean certification or training.
Good knowledge and experience of FMEAs, DOEs, Process Mapping
Able to travel upcountry and aboard (30%-40% is required)
Good command of spoken and written in English (Direct line is the expat)
Background from electronic test and industrial automation related industry will be an advantage.
More Information
Salary: Up to 100K / month (Open to discuss for a qualified candidate)

Working days: Monday - Friday (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
