                         Finance Advisory Services (FAS) Manager 
Client:        European company that provides a full-range of professional including accounting , payroll , taxation , audit , forensic investigation , legal , company secretarial , and business advisory services.
Reporting to:  FAS Director with 2 subordinates (Senior FAS)
Manage and participate in due diligence and business valuation, and lead engagements which are complex and client critical
Analyze financial/operational results of companies/targets by reviewing client's accounting records and conduct interviews with management team
Prepare or evaluate pro-forma financial information
Evaluate effects of seasonality and criticality on cash flow requirements
Perform research on industry and organization
Assist directors and senior people in M&A transactions/Corporate Finance through preparation of investment teaser, information memorandum, business plan, financial analysis and managing client communications as needed
Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies.
Requirement:                 
Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accountancy/accounting or economics.  
Age: 35-45 yrs  
At least 7 years' experience in financial advisory, corporate finance services or investment banking.
Possessing a CPA, CFA, ACCA, MBA or other equivalent designation (either one)
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
