Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing automotive equipment and repair system provider, operating as a principle for automotive aftermarket and service channels. Our respected client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager, tasked with managing the financial health of the company in Thailand. The job is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Job Summary
The role of Finance Manager is responsible for managing the company's financial accounting activities and other financial day to day operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cashflow, and other compliance standards. They should be familiar with ERP systems from a multinational company.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions) 
Responsible for contacts with banks, auditors, tax, and other authorities within the finance area
Follow GAAP and SOX requirements and other policies, while supporting internal and external customer demands
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
Responsible for monthly closing, analysing, reporting and validation of plans 
Collate, prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries, and financial statements to guide senior executives in making sound business decisions in the long and short term
Perform and lead the budget/forecast process and participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements 
Conduct other occurring tasks within the Finance and Accounting department
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 
Several years of experience in an accounting and finance role
Superior mathematical skills
Leadership skills and experience 
Understanding of data privacy standards
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Deep understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to act with integrity and withstand certain issues
Experience working to deadlines, managing many tasks at the same time
Familiar working in a matrix organisation using ERP systems
A CPD is required for this position
Superior attention to detail
Organisational, planning, research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
