Job Description:
- Perform feasibility assessment of the portfolio of investment in our retail business
- Gather insight from multiple external sources, experts and head of business unit to ensure the right assessment is conducted
- Conduct research on the existing references and potential investment
- Explore and research on external factors that might impact the investment decision such as competitiveness, macro economics, government policy etc.
- Work closely with technical/business consultants to evaluate the target company including IPs
- Conduct background checks on the current management of the investment portfolio
- Develop financial modelling and valuation analysis; prepare internal investment memo
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience in business feasibility assessment is a plus
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills (construction of multiple complex analyzes)
- Strong Excel skills
- Research skills
- Passion to improve the performance of teams consistently
- Good communication skills
