Duties & Responsibilities
Being Financial business partner to support Business Group (Sales, Marketing, Construction) by providing performance information and add value in support of decision to drive team achieve KPI
To prepare Monthly report with analysis (Actual vs Budget) : P&L, %GM, Promotion, Marketing and OPEX by Project and by Business Group
To prepare Managerial report (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad hoc request submitted to Business Group and Executive.
To coordinate and support construction, sales and marketing in providing financial data with any ad-hoc business case.
Run Forecast P&L on quarterly basis comparing to KPI,give recommendation to improve team's performance (P&L) and discuss withteam (Business Group).
Run & Update Cash flow for IRR simulation, discuss with team, give recommendation to support management's decision making (monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc).
Responsible for all financial budgeting operation.
Assist to monitor financial data in system to ensure of accuracy (no loss/duplicate data).
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
 
Qualification
Thai nationality only
Male or Female, aged 24-26 years
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
1-2 years of experience in audit, finance, accounting or related field.
Analytical thinking and concern all accuracy and Fast Learning.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure with "Can-do" Attitude
Team-work oriented, well organized, prioritize and able to handle multiple tasks within deadlines
Excellent in computer skill, especially excel and power point.
Experience of using SAP, Cognos would be advantage.
