Job Description:
Monitor, control, improve and take corrective action for foundry process, all tools, lean activities, OEE , (TPM) and foundry defect activities to reach output, efficiency, productivity and quality target of the department.
Develop, problem solving, data analysis and administer foundry sub-process (Cell system and all related cell systems) and report to superior to maintain actable process in quality and productivity.
Monitor and take corrective action according to the analyze results of the laboratory, quality control and foundry community recommendation to support and keep actable productivity and quality in foundry process.10%.
Contact, communicate and coordinate with concerning person about foundry issues and review related document or report; job description, on the job training, efficiency and prouctivity of cell operators report, presentation to ensure that superior get.
Monitor, update, review and control ISO 9001/ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000 documents of sub-process and main process to ensure the department reaches the audit requirement.
Develop and administer industry safety and environmental legal in sub-process and main process to fulfill all necessary requirements.
Cooperate and support for all management system in the company.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or Master degree in Engineering Metallurgy, Electronic,Mechanical, Industrial or related. 
3 - 5 years in machining jobs or in industrial factory for foundry process.
Can use Microsoft office program including SAP.
Can be worked both internal department and external department.
Able to shift working and can supervise and control manpower.
Good English skills.
