Responsibilities
Establish budget and manage project plan to achieve the business objective
Develop business strategies to ensure the effectiveness of managing and monitoring general operations in accordance with the business plan to achieve targeted revenue, cost controlling and profit maximization.
Work closely together with internal teams to create a world-class image
Coordinate with government sectors such as local municipality, pollution control department, etc., in order to comply with related rules and regulations.
Develop good relationships with business partners, tenants and team members.
Manage team members by providing guidance and developing their competencies
Oversee daily operations
Manage the budgets (accounting, financial data)
Prepare necessary reports for the management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in any fields
Work experience in retails or wholesales business at management level, preferable not less than 10 years
Strong leadership capability with good strategic thinking and decision making
Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management standards
Good analytical and presentation skills
Experience in community relations
Good communication skills both in Thai and English
