Lead and execute human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Analyze the company's and its main business's directions and devise a strategic HR plan to be used with the company and its subsidiaries
Build the HR Team to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices to meet business objectives
Reporting to Chief Business Service Support Officer, you will be part of our senior Leadership Team providing HR strategic direction, guidance, and support for the implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and other human resources related issues.
Develop and deploy strategic plans for managing overall human resources policies, procedures, and services in order to maintain effective personnel practices and conform to organizational policies, procedures, and labor laws.
Create and implement programs that connect HR with business goals.
