Good command in English and computer literacy
Good interpersonal skill , proactive and leadership.

Knowledge in ISO standard and requirement.

Job detail :
Responsible for executing the entire training process, needs assessment, development and/or outsourcing of training programs, including content, delivering of training programs and evaluation of effectiveness of training.
Set up annual training program in consultation with the Company management and line managers to ensure all training programs are planned in line with company's overall training strategy and meet business requirements.
Reporting training and co-ordinate with Department of Skill Development.
Recording and summarize training data to comply with law and ISO requirement.
Responsible for support ad-hoc assignment
Provide and up to date lead in organizational development, assess new opportunities and implement appropriately.
