Job Description
Welcoming all customers to the venue
Escort customers to their assigned seating or area
Ensure guests' satisfaction and positive experience through personalize services
Cater to guest who require extra care and attention
Assist to managers and waiter/waitress staff that is in need
Coordinate with waiter/waitress staff with details of customers and seating
Manage reservation / co with operation logistic & reservation team
Be the face of Lobster/Seven Marine Company
Requirement
Great personality / Great entertainer
Excellent in leadership skills & communication skills
Great in English and Thai languages
Ability to oversight experience of customers
High skill in developing company's images
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising or related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of digital marketing experience. (direct experience in retail business is a plus)
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Experience in Sprinklr, SFMC, Google Analytics preferred.
Basic understanding of Photoshop will be a plus.
Ability to interpret data and drive value-added market/ consumer insights, budget management and obtain good understanding of return on investment.
Experience in multinational companies and international business environment.
Full proficiency in English and Thai are compulsory.
Age 28 - 35 yrs.
