Head of Financial Planning & Analysis
Reports to: Regional Finance Director
Job purpose:
Head of FP&A core responsibility is managing the financial planning and analysis of the group, including forecasting and budgeting, internal analysis, fundraising and dealing with investors. S/he will also be responsible for developing a great team and instilling a positive culture in the office, working directly with local FP&A teams and providing data to the business managers, senior management, the Board and investors. S/he will report directly to the Regional Finance Director and s/he will also have many interactions with cross-functional teams such as Project Manager, Operations team and etc.
Duties and responsibilities:
Review monthly results and identify successes and opportunities
Monitor the company's performance, maintain and develop insightful financial and operational metrics
Liaising with key function heads within the business to enhance their understanding of financial results
Assists the CFO and regional leadership teams as needed in annual budget preparations and forecasts
Prepare reports to the Board, Shareholder and Investors as required from time to time
Core part of the fund raising team (together with Group CFO), manage the data room, liaison with internal teams and work closely with investors 
Any other ad-hoc FP&A duties assigned.
Qualifications include:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business 
At least [8+] years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Banking
Experience in Investment Banking would be preferable
Comprehensive Knowledge of finance, full sets of accounting, budgeting/forecast 
Ability to analyze financial data & prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
Prior experience in preparing financial consolidated forecasts from multiple countries and managing budgets
A good team player who is pro-active, Can-do attitude and able to work under tight schedules and multicultural.
Highly Professional to work with other functional and cross-functional Teams
Proven integrity and maturity to accept added responsibilities
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal 
Native Thai language

Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
Proven ability to lead projects to conclusion within designated time frames
Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of stakeholders with diverse backgrounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Partner with business leaders to assess the financial impact of business decisions
Develop financial analysis, including scenario driven analysis as appropriate, to determine likely financial outcomes
Support CFO by preparing materials for Board of Directors' meetings and other executive presentations
Instil consistent controllership across the region to maximize return on investment.
Work together with enterprise and HQ finance to consistently drive all our regions to success through best practices and innovation.
Explains related variances to plan and forecast.
Provides motivation, direction, and leadership for the Finance team and adheres to the policies and standards of the Company.
