Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected asset management company in Thailand. Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing with at least 10 years of experience managing sales, marketing, and/or advising teams within financial institutions, who also has a strong knowledge of investment products, both for retails and institutions..
Job Summary
The Head of Marketing will have to oversee an expanding marketing team and the execution of market strategies for Private fund, provident fund, and mutual fund distribution departments. Our client prefers someone who has strong business acumen and excellent team management skills, with a hands-on execution style.
Job responsibilities
Manage overall strategy, as well as the day-to-day execution of marketing efforts within the firm, setting team KPIs, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts within teams and across departments
Lead recruitment efforts to expand the current team of 11 to accommodate an aggressive growth plan 
Work closely with other business unit heads in planning overall marketing efforts 
Lead key client pitches and presentations, while coaching and advising team members to deliver more effective pitches for private and provident fund business 
Lead management-level engagement, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns with the company's fund distribution partners, both within and outside the company's group
Job requirement
Multiple years of experience managing sales, marketing, or advisory teams within financial institutions 
Very strong knowledge of investment products, both for retails and institutions 
Excellent team management, strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills 
Strong business acumen, business planning, and hand-on execution style
Direct experience running private, provident, or mutual fund distribution teams at asset management firms is a big plus 
Strong command of English communication
