Main task:
Lead of the IE CKX function for SEA/I/P including manage daily tasks.
Responsible for all process engineering activities for the Business Unit Chassis Systems in the Region South East Asia, India, Pacific. This includes the process planning, equipment sourcing and industrialization subject to the line function for F03 project leaders according to directive DBU C-2701.
Functional lead of the operations department and/or manufacturing engineering department of the plants in the region. He/She is responsible for all aspects of industrialization in the plants initiates and realizes measures to increase productivity of the Business Unit Chassis Systems in the Region South East Asia, India, Pacific. 
 Duties and responsibilities:
Define and industrialize axle systems assembly concepts in region
Coordinate and organize the planning and industrialization of axle assembly systems from acquisition to production. This includes the process planning (Process Flow Chart / Work plan), process security (PFMEA),investment and project plan, specification of production means, analysis of quotations and selection of an equipment supplier, prepare the investment request, manage the equipment supplier regarding timing and cost, installation and start-up of assembly equipment, support SOP and after EOP activities.
Ensures the application and compliance with ZF PS standards during the implementation of new processes / axle assembly systems.
Actively supports to continuously improve procedures, work flows and standards in process engineering and project management in an effort to meet TS16949 requirements.
Lead for project leader production (F03) for acquisitions and industrialization projects as line function according to DBU-C 2701.
Ensure that the entire production equipment is ready for use and available for a series production launch in due time.
Planning and coordination of customer pre-series milestones to meet the customer requirements with regards to the production and process quality goals
 Competencies and experiences:
Experience and knowledge in process and equipment planning for assembly systems with sound understanding of MTM, PFMEA, Value Stream Design
Project management more than 5 years
Functional lead of project teams
Experience in production / shop floor management in Just-In-Sequence plant
Sound understanding of production KPIs and know-how to steer production by KPIs
Very good knowledge of ZF PS methods/ lean management practices / KAIZEN
