A global leader in food industry is looking for the Head of Supply Planning to be based in Central Thailand to support their expanding operations in the region.
About the Supply Planning Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you are responsible for managing the supply planning process to ensure smooth collaboration with all parties. The benefits for this role includes medical insurance and bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supply planning process to ensure smooth collaboration with related parties
Responsible for FG inventory and sourcing plan to match with the demands
Manage third party logistics for warehouse and transport operations
Provide expert guidance and advice to improve forecast accuracy
Supply planning of all imported products from suppliers
May engage with Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence (COE)
Ensure all KPIs are meeting the targets
The successful candidate must have strong supply chain experience with a minimum of five years' work experience in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related area
Excellent understanding of demand and supply planning concepts
Proven leadership qualities as well as a vast experience in supply chain
Proficiency in SAP and advance in MS Excel and PowerPoint is highly valued
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g.: PowerBI) is highly preferred
Hands-on mindset, analytical skills and problem solving
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
