The Human Resources Coordinator may be responsible for, but not restricted to, the following duties:
v Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to school personnel
v Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
v Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
v Creating and revising job descriptions for academic and non-academic staff
v Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
v Maintaining and revising the company's contract on terms and conditions
v Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
v Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
v Maintaining department records and reports
v Participating in management meetings
v Maintaining school directory and other organizational charts
v Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
v Coordinate and prepare required documents for MOE and OPEC for School license, school instrumental establish document, school details document, SAR report and graduated students report)
v Assisting Chairman and Head of School
v Any other jobs assigned by Chairman and Head of School
