Job responsibilities:
Responsible for all HRM functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, training and development, company's regulations and employee relations
Support and implementation of HR department
Coordinate both internal and external for Human Resource delivery
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Other ad-hoc as assigned
Qualification:
Any gender, 25-35 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in human resource fields
Proven experience as Corporate Human Resource Officer 4-5 years
People management and knowing of Thai labor law
Consolidation of HR field of recruiting, payroll, training, employee relation
Can do attitude, have vary of soft skills, ability to complete assignment by timeline
Flexible and abilities to work in dynamic environments
Teamwork attitude, growth mindset, endurance, not be job hopper
Adjust ability of working with team and working hour
