     Job Descriptions
Work with users and regulators (such as the Bank of Thailand, ITMX, etc.) to get requirements
Prepare functional/technical specification and get required sign off
Prepare test data with users / regional and perform rigorous testing to verify program functions
Prepare test cases, perform and support tests then get required sign off
Prepare implementation plan (if required) and work on go live process
Work closely with users, regional teams, regulators, vendors, etc.
Support and maintain local applications.
Support regional business applications and co-ordinate with regional teams
Installation and maintenance of Regulatory applications 
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in banking applications such as core banking, loan, tresury and payment systems, reporting systems, etc.
Knowledge in software development framework
Experience in "Bank of Thailand" systems (BAHTNET, EFS, ICAS, etc.) preferably but not mandatory
Understanding of Information Security and good governance practice
Willing to learn with 'can do' attitude
Good communication (Written and Spoken) both in Thai and  English
Good team work and communication
Ability to prioritize tasks
Customer orientation
