Responsibilities
Develop and implement new initiative to ensure the achievement of company's business goals.
Lead, drive and work closely with Sales, Distribution, Products, Operation and IT team on new initiative implementation i.e. New Business Model, new sales tools/feature enhancement in order to support front-end team to grow new business.
Work closely with local business partner to get feedback & requirement to design suitable solution/handling process especially in developing prototype phase (pilot phase) with good communication to target audience by working with branch, cross-functional team.
Ensure execution of new initiative or job assignment will be timely and deliver desired results with smooth daily operation.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
Minimum 7 years in development and implement new initiative project from non-life insurance business
Experience in Business Development, Business Analyst, or Product Development is desirable.
Excellent in presentation and communication.
Good attitude, energetic and fast learning.
Good in MS Power Point, Excel and Word
