Responsibilities
Direct contact with overseas suppliers
Solving issues regarding stock and purchasing
Issue PR / PO in the system
Prepare documents for import/export customs clearance process
Prepare weekly and monthly report
Liaise with government authorities such as import tax, product certifications.
Be able to set up, developing, and performing work to achieve efficient company supply chain system, stock performance targets focused on demand, supply, inventory reduction, increased inventory turns, and improved order-to-delivery results.
Monitor and analysis stock movement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible supply chain job experience required
A background in Supply Chain, Distribution, Inventory Management, International Business
Demand Management and/or International Logistics experience
Having knowledge of ERP, MRP, advanced MS Excel
Excellence command in English
