Requirements:
Fluent in English 4 skills (reading, listening, speaking and Writing).
Possesses effective negotiation and communication skills.
Highly organized with good management skills.
Intermediate Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
comfortable crunching numbers and converting units of purchase
some experience in purchasing in any industry is an additional bonus for consideration
 
Key responsibilities (ความรับผิดชอบหลัก):
Sources and procures chains and gemstones by dealing with international
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list; clarifying unclear items; recommending alternatives.
Forwards available inventory items by verifying stocks.
Prepares purchase order and schedules delivery on-time.
Analyses purchasing data to help improve sourcing and procurement process.
Visits international suppliers at various trade fairs in Asia, including Hong Kong and India.
