We are looking for Junior/Senior Process Improvement to join one of the leaders in construction materials and home furnishing wholesale & retail business in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
Report directly to process improvement lead
Determine the key results for each process improvement project
Work with internal teams (including but not limited to Finance, Inventory, Supply Chain, Operation and IT) to research, analyse end-to-end processes in the company
Analyse data to determine wastes and critial paths
Determine which subprocess can be improved
Be the owner of those processes you design -- has your recommendation been implemented? Does it achieve the key result? What needs to be further adjusted?
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, accounting, management, Retail Business, Marketing, IT
Good people skill
Able to work with many cross functional teams to deliver results
Good logical and analytical skills
Experience in Auditing or Process Improvement is a plus
Knowledge in ERP is a plus
