Responsibility
Plan, supervise, and monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance activities to achieve the Company's objectives and goals.
Provide and develop the effective preventive maintenance plan to match with the production schedules.
Lead and drive Maintenance Teams to fully support production operation to ensure good plant performance
Lead, develop, and support maintenance work and Maintenance Teams
Lead and support to reduce the maintenance cost such as repairing cost, optimize the spare parts stock level
Manage, coach, and mentor to Maintenance Teams to develop their knowledge and skill
Work collaboratively and engage with other Departments to compliance with the maintenance strategy
Qualification
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 40 years old or above
At least Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or related fields
More than 10 years of experiences in maintenance with proven experiences as managerial role
Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance and technology PM (Especially in Preventive and Autonomous Maintenance), OEE, Kaizen, Energy saving, analytical, problem solving skill and service mind.
Strong leadership skill (supervising, coaching, analysis and problem solving) and good communication and interpersonal skill
Good command in English
