Responsibilities:-
To co-ordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
To plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
To develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm.
To perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing M&E reports, enforcing rules, and assist the Management for making decisions about the purchase of materials or services.
To prepare engineering preventive and maintenance annual budgets.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by Production Manager or the Management.
Qualifications :-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering, equipment, and systems maintenance especially in manufacturing circumstance is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
Very good in English literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, co-owners/customers, and other departments.
Strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
