 Responsibilities:
       Create clear project plans, manage timelines, and transform conceptual projects in real and tangible businesses of value to DKSH, customers and clients.
       Focus on both, Blue Ocean Raise and Create, as well as Reduce and eliminate.
       Work cross functionally and secure buy in by stakeholders
       Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities
       Monitor and manage concurrent projects ensuring across-the-broad delivery against defined deliverables
       Ensure delivery of administration projects within timelines, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations
       Plan, define and control budgeted time, administration project's costs and ensure billing for chargeable projects promptly
       Define, develop and process procedure for monitoring compliance with project management processes and guidelines
       Become a sought-after in-house expert for selected industries/functions
Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress
       Interact with the regional Services Development function and align on priorities and plans
Qualifications:
       Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy or Nursing
       At least 5 years experiences in Marketing or Business Development role in Pharmaceutical company or healthcare business
       At least 1 year in leading the team is preferred
