Scope of the Role
To be an important technical systems engineer for large scale IT manufacturing technical solution implementations (e.g.: of a similar size to SCADA/DCS, MES, ERP projects) and solve/trouble shoot issues onsite and remotely
To assist and coordinate with project team members within the operations unit to deliver all products and services within the timely manner
To provide problem analysis advice and business process guidance where requested and give recommendations to clients as appropriate
Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications
Mandatory:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering
Ability to travel  when required
Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
Excellent communications skills in Thai and English both oral and written and Interpersonal skills.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Good team player, but also able to work under own initiative
Able to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
Strong customer focus with a desire to deliver a high quality service
Desire to continuously learn and improve skills and knowledge
Have a good understanding of the software development life cycle
Have a good knowledge of base IT skills (Microsoft OS, MCSE, Cisco etc)
 Desirable / Not mandatory:
Have a knowledge in business process focused software (e.g. MES/ERP/SCADA/DCS)
Have a sound understanding or experience in the definition of processes and workflows, especially in the context of life sciences industry, pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology production.
Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, safety and environmental regulatory requirements
