Job Description:
Supporting and collaborating among Commercial Team, Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales, to execute a marketing plan and strategy by proposing recommendations to improve as assigned by management/direct supervisor.
Responsibilities
Providing a supporting role to Marketing Team by coordinating all campaigns to ensure execution as plan across the organization or achieve with the business goal.
Tracking sales data both offline and online channels, maintaining promotional materials inventory, maintaining databases, and preparing reports to Commercial Team to drive business growth.
Supporting the marketing department's initiatives by making recommendations to improve and develop marketing materials and plans.
Collaborating with different departments to complete task assignments and manage relationships with external vendors, business partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
Being responsible for tracking and proposing customer profiles, sales data, and promotion results for supporting the Marketing Team to develop all marketing campaigns and activities.
Updating, maintaining customer information, and reporting for effective Customer Relation Management Program.
Being responsible for preparing and proposing Promotion & Marketing Activities Result, CRM Report, and Marketing Dashboard.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Extensive 1-3 years of related experience in sales or marketing support with fashion business experience highly preferred.
Ability to work multi-function and time management.
High Computer Skill in Microsoft Office (Both Excel & PowerPoint).
A good command to fluent in English language skills.
Experience working both independently and, in a team,-oriented, collaborative environment.
Superb attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize, multi-task and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
