Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with leasing department and sales team to understand sales objectives and develop marketing strategies in line with company objectives
Ensure the execution of plans and consistency of messaging across all business channels
Budgeting, monitoring and analyzing performance of all marketing campaign to reach company's expectation
Facilitate reporting and communication of results to leadership
Qualification:
Master degree in Marketing or any related fields
Minimum 5 years of significant marketing experience in retail industry
Strong analytical and project management skills
Highly-motivated attitude when dealing with the tasks at hand
Committed and flexible attitude to the job
Strong interpersonal skills and good networking abilities
English skill is a must
