JD Project Material Coordinator
Be the company focal point of contact related Material for the project.
Responsible for a day to day coordination with relevant parties such as EPC Contractor Material Management Personnel, , company Contractor Material/Procurement Personel, related Material issues including manage of Surplus and Disposal.
Monitor Material Surplus and Disposal process are followed an applicable work instruction, Procedures, and Applicable Laws and Regulations. Regular visit various scrap area of EPC Contractor such as Company construction site, Sub Contractor, Module Yards to ensure the project approved scrap management procedures are followed.
Witness at various jobsite the scrap bidding process and scrap movement as required. Immediately report the non compliance issue to company contract and Procurement Manager and leads. Develop Maintain and distribute the material related report including Surplus,Scrap and Disposal reports.
As assigned by project Procurement Team, Co ordinate with BOI,Logistics,Insurance department relevant PMC and or consortium for Material Management issues that may arise Coordinate with relevant size logistic as required.
Qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience in a medium to large EPC project Knowledge of inventory and material management and disposal and its relevant Basic knowledge of BOI or tax exemption privilege related project material Be able to travel to various jobsite and work with EPC material control team at site and scrap buyer
