Job Responsibilities:
Support NPI activities in Optical ( Laser Manufacturing )
Establishing and preparing the process documentations
Supervise Design validation, tool validation, process validation build
Establishing a product /process qualification report
Responsible for a failure root cause analysis and undertake corrective action when needed
Perform other duties as properly assigned by supervisor/leader
Develop assembly process for NPI products to meet customer requirement.
Plans budget and control within the product line management.
Knows your customer's expectations and drive actions to meet them.
Performs related work as assigned.
Qualification & Experience :
A BS or MS degree in Optics/Physics, or Optical/Mechanical Engineering.
12-15 years experiences in a high tech manufacturing environment.
Systematic problem solving, ISO requirement and Continuous Improvement
Good computer and Technical skills and MS Office
Interpersonal and communication skills, Presentation skills
English Communication is a must.
